Concept created in 7 hours. As part of the OUTSTANDING DESIGN TALENTED CALL, a project of modular washbasins was created. This is a one-day competition. According to the rules of the competition, participants receive a task in the morning at 9-10 am and develop their design solutions for 7-8 hours. In the evening, the winner is announced, and the award ceremony takes place. The contest was held in mid-December 2022.

The Snake is a modern modular student bathroom design project. Its main advantage is ease of use and personalization of sinks for students.
T H E S N A K E
Firstly, each sink has a number and different colors, which make it easier to navigate the room, to understand what place you have taken. So, for example, if a student has forgotten something, then it will be much easier for him to determine “his” shell or to orient another person if additional help is needed.
Secondly, there are holes for towels at the bottom of the sinks, and above there are magnetic strips, to which you can attach personal mini-boxes, for example, with soap or a toothbrush while using the bathroom.
And thirdly, the sinks themselves, made of metal - a budget smart option in the context of a dormitory, have a modular system, so they can be removed, changed and attached to each other in any number that the space allows. And taps can be fitted into special holes between the main and magnetic levels of the sink.
